Terms and conditions

These terms apply to mylawn.co.za, operated by Lawn Care Company South Africa, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. The current item price is displayed in South African rand. Delivery and the full order total are shown before payment. If a material error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to email full card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and available destinations are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. Risk passes as provided by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your cooling-off, return and quality rights are set out on the Refunds and Returns page and derive from the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and where the law gives you more than these terms do, the law applies.
