Information we use

We use contact, delivery, order and support information needed to process purchases, deliver goods, prevent abuse, maintain records and respond to requests. Payment providers process payment credentials; the store does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

Information is used to perform the sales contract, meet legal obligations, protect the service and pursue legitimate business interests. Consent is requested where the law requires it, including for optional analytics or marketing cookies.

Who receives it

Relevant information may be provided to payment, delivery, hosting, email, fraud-prevention, professional-adviser and regulatory services where needed for the stated purpose. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as required for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights
